Director
S. Sridhar, is a distinguished Indian banker of about fifty years professional experience in commercial and development banking. He was Chairman and Managing Director of Central Bank of India and earlier of National Housing Bank, India’s mortgage regulator , then fully owned by Reserve Bank of India. He also worked with State Bank of India, India’s largest commercial bank and Export Import Bank of India where he was the Executive Director and No 2 for five years.
Sridhar is widely acknowledged to be an innovative, market oriented banker and strategic thinker having provided transformational leadership to the organisations he headed. During his tenure, Central Bank of India achieved historic highs in terms of market capitalization, profitability, business growth, technology, HR policies. . During his tenure in NHB, a number of new initiatives were launched such as registration of a new genre of affordable housing finance companies, NHB Residex, Rural Housing Fund, electronic registry for mortgages CERSAI , Reverse Mortgage for senior citizens, housing microfinance etc. He also contributed significantly to public policy formulation.
Post superannuation Sridhar was / is on the Boards of some leading Indian companies as a non-executive, independent Director.
Sridhar studied at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. He was awarded the Lord Aldington Banking Research Fellowship for the year 1984 by the Indian Institute of Bankers. He is a Fellow of Indian Institute of Banking and Finance and a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors , U.K.
Mr. Dileep C. Choksi
Director
Mr. Dileep C. Choksi, a leading Chartered Accountant by profession, has over 35 years of experience. He is also qualified as a lawyer and a cost accountant. His areas of specialization include tax planning and structuring for domestic and international clients, corporate restructuring turnaround and change management strategies.
He advises some of India’s largest business houses on various strategic matters and multinational clients on cross-border structuring and family succession and on wills and trusts.
In addition to the above Dileep Choksi is a STEP professional who has advised families in their constitution of various trusts including charitable trusts and in the drafting of wills.

Chartered Accountant
Mr. P.R. Barpande, a Chartered Accountant, was Audit Partner of Deloitte Haskins & Sells & C.C. Chokshi & Co.; has a wide experience of serving domestic and international clients such as Lupin, Mahindra, Hexaware, Jet Airways, John Deere, Bridgestone and Tech Mahindra etc. as an Audit Engagement Partner. He was actively involved in reformatting accounts to US GAAP / IFRS for major domestic and multinational companies and some Indian banks and is also Independent Director in some of the listed and private companies..
