A renowned Chartered Accountant with a law degree and a member of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India, with 45 years of experience in accounting, tax, and corporate advisory services. Mr. Dileep Choksi played pivotal role in bringing Deloitte to India and served as its Jt. Managing Partner. His career is dedicated to Asset Structuring, Estate & Succession Planning, Tax Advisory and Cross Border Strategies. He has advised some of the largest business houses in India on strategic matters and has served on the board of companies like ICICI Bank and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance.
Mr. Pradip Shah holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and secured the 1st rank in India’s Chartered Accountancy exam. He was the Founder Managing Director of CRISIL, India’s first credit rating agency, and played a pivotal role in the founding of Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC) in 1977. Mr. Shah has served as a consultant to USAID, the World Bank, and the Asian Development Bank and chaired the capital markets committee of the Indian Merchants’ Chamber. Additionally, he has held prominent positions, including serving as Chairman of Pfizer Limited.
