 is parent company predominantly engaged in Estate & Succession Planning, Family Charters, Asset Structuring and Managing Private / Charitable Public Trusts. Institutional shareholders of UTPL including ICICI Bank, ICICI Securities, Lombard Odier – Switzerland, CIM Financial Services – Mauritius.
