S. Sridhar, is a distinguished Indian banker of about fifty years professional experience in commercial and development banking. He was Chairman and Managing Director of Central Bank of India and earlier of National Housing Bank, India’s mortgage regulator, then fully owned by Reserve Bank of India. He also worked with State Bank of India, India’s largest commercial bank and Export Import Bank of India where he was the Executive Director for five years.

Mr. P. H. Ravi Kumar is an ‘Honorary Fellow’ of The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, UK. He has over 46 years of professional experience in the banking and finance sector including 22 years of service at the Bank of India and 12 years at ICICI Bank.
He has also worked with NCDEX for five years and four years with Invent Assets Securitisation and Reconstruction Private Limited. He has been the chairperson of Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited (formerly known as SKS Microfinance Limited) and was also the former non-executive chairperson of Vastu HFC, a housing finance company, which focuses on affordable housing for the middle and the low-income groups.
