Mr. V RAGHAVENDRA RAO, is Post Graduate in LAW (L.LM.), Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers, and WTC- Post Graduate Diploma in Forex and Risk Management. He has three decades of Banking experience working in various Banks and held Senior Positions. He has vast experience in handling Corporate Finance / Credit, Foreign Exchange operations, Audit and Legal matters of the Banks.

He was the first CEO of 3I InfoTech Trusteeship Services Limited and served for a decade. He was instrumental in opening and setting up Trusteeship Branches on pan India.

Practiced as an advocate in District Court for 5 years. In 1985, joined Canara Bank as Law Officer. From 1989 to 1995 joined State Bank of Mysore as Deputy Manager Law
